As we reflect on 2024, and look ahead to what 2025 has in store, we are left with one overwhelming response... gratitude. Gratitude for the impactful work that we have been able to do side-by-side with you, our community. Because of you, we were able to serve 1,395 children and youth, resource 309 supportive adults, provide the community with over 6,421 hours of education and awareness, and provide safe housing and supports for 55 young adults transitioning out of foster care.
Behind each number is a face, a life, a story, and when you choose to work alongside us, together, we begin to write new chapters that lead to brighter tomorrows for those affected by foster care. Thank you, allowing us to make a positive impact in 2024, we couldn’t do it without you.
