Your first step to becoming a foster parent is to attend orientation. If you have an agency already in mind, you can contact them directly and they can sign you up for their agency specific orientation. If you are not sure who you want to be your licensing agency, you can choose to go to a more general orientation that gives you the information and the tools needed to move forward in picking an agency.
