Part 3: We Empower!

There are so many ways we work to empower Arizonans, but the one I am most excited about is still in the developmental stages. For over a year, Foster Arizona has been working with developers to create a place for the community to share resources, connections, and much more through open-sourced Foster Cooperative. We have been working to identify the top trainings, organizations, community connections, etc. from including the voices of those involved in foster care. We understand the impact that lack of resources has caused disruption in placement of kids in foster and kinship homes, family health, treatment of mental illness, and further traumatization that ultimately affect both kids and adults

We are working on innovative solutions that will truly empower those working to better the lives of Arizona’s kids. Stay tuned! We are almost ready to give you a glimpse of what is to come.
